Ingredients

Onion, Garlic, Ginger, Refined Sunflower Oil, Coconut, Edible Common Salt, Chilli, Sesame, Coriander, Cornstarch, Tomato, Black Cardamom, Caraway, Fennel, Cassia Bark (Taj), Clove, Star Anise, Black Pepper, Turmeric, Bay Leaf, Lichen, Mint Leaves, Mace, Nutmeg, Thickner (Guar Gum)

Additional Ingredients Required

  • Entire Contents (75g) of this packet

  • Mutton 500g

  • Water

How To Cook

  • Pressure Cook: Mix Bayo Mutton Kolhapuri Gravy Mix, mutton and 2 ½ cup (500ml) water in a pressure cooker and cook for 6 whistles on a low flame for 30-35 minutes. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.

  • Stove Top: Mix Bayo Mutton Kolhapuri Gravy Mix, mutton and 4 ½  cup (900ml) water in a cooking pan. Cover and cook for 50-55 minutes or till the mutton is tender. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
