Onion, cashew nuts, skim milk powder, edible common salt, sugar, garlic, chilli, tomato powder, corn startch, black pepper, cumin, coriander, black cardamom, green chilli, ginger, CASSIA BARK (TAJ), clove, green cardamom, turmeric, bay leaf, caraway

Additional Ingredients Required

  • 1 cup/250g boneless chicken cut into medium pieces

  • 1 large/80g onion cut into cubes

  • 2 medium/150g fresh tomatoes chopped

  • 1 medium/50g green capsicum cut into cubes

  • Entire packet of Bayo Chicken Kadhai Mix 50g

  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste

  • 2 tbsp oil

  • 4tbsp/60g butter

  • 1 1/2 cup/300ml water

  • For garneshing 1 tbsp fresh coriander leaves, chopped

How To Cook

1) Make a paste of Bayo Chicken Kadhai Mix with 100ml water.

2)Marinate chicken pieces with ginger garlic paste for 15-0 minutes and saute for 12-15 minutes on a medium flame with 2 tbsp butter. Keep aside.

3) Heat oil in a frying pan, add tomatoes and cook for 4-5 minutes or till oil oozes out.Add paste and cook for another 1-2 minutes.  Add remaining water and cook for 3-4 minutes till gravy starts thickening

4)In another pan heat 2 tbsp of butter. Add onion, saute for 2 minutes followed by additional of capsicum and sauteed chicken. Cook for 1-2 minutes.

5) Add above gravy, mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes till gravy thickness. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Serve piping hot with rice or Indian breads such  as parathas or naans.
