Ingredients
Onion, Cashew Nut, Salt, Chilli, Skim Milk Powder, Sugar, Tomato Powder, Garlic, Coriander, Dry Fenugreek Leaves, Cornstarch, Dry Ginger, Cumin, Green Cardamom, Cassia, Clove, Black Pepper, Nutmeg, Bay Leaf, Mace, Caraway, Turmeric
Additional Ingredients Required

1 cup/225g Mushroom, cut into 1”cubes

2 medium/150g tomato, puréed

50g Bayo Mushroom Masala Mix

½ cup/100 ml milk

2 tbsp oil
-
1 cup/200 ml water
How To Cook
1) Make a paste of Bayo Mushroom Masala Mix.
2) Heat oil in a pan, add tomato purée and cook till oil oozes out.
3) Add the paste and fry for 2-3 minutes.
4) Add mushroom and water, simmer till the gravy thickens. and serve hot.
