1 cup/225g paneer, cut into cubes
2 medium/150g tomato, puréed
50g Bayo's Mutter Paneer Masala Mix
½ cup/100 ml milk
2 tbsp oil
1 cup/200 ml water
1) Make a paste of Bayo's Mutter Paneer Masala Mix with milk.
2) Heat oil in a pan, add tomato purée and cook till oil oozes out.
3) Add the paste and fry for 2-3 minutes.
4) Add paneer,mutter and water, simmer till the gravy thickens. and serve hot.
